Omakase @ il terrazzo

Been craving for some Japanese food and I can only remember a few restaurant that satisfied me. One of which is Omakase. I had my first taste in Libis branch when I was still working at Eastwood. But this time I decided it's more convenient to visit their IL Terrazzo branch at Tomas Morato.

Here goes my super satisfying Japanese lunch.
..due to my carelessness, I realized I didn't fully charge the battery of my digicam. i had to use my camera phone instead. hihi

Agedashi Tofu
deep friend tofu in tempura sauce
i like the soft and fresh deep fried tofu,
but I think I'll like it more if I chose a mushroom sauce

Jurassic Maki
roll of ebi tempura, kani, ebiko, salmon skin, cucumber, and unagi on top
need i explain more? the combination is brilliant! not your ordinary roll.
this is impressive.

oh yeah, it comes with a unique sauce to add more flavor
highly recommended

Ebi Tempura
walang shrimp tempura na hindi masarap, ok?!

Sukiyaki
this may look unattractive, but this is tastier and more flavorful than
Red Kimono's version

Worthy to be visited again and again. I enjoyed Omakase dining once again.
How about you, where's your favorite Japanese restaurant?

Omakase
Ground Level, Il Terrazzo Mall, Tomas Morato, QC

I hate myself for always eating fast and eating a lot. Glutton eh? But I always knew how to save room for dessert.

Now what comes in your mind if you're after a hearty dessert in iL Terrazzo?

i miss you Banofee Pie!
you never fail to satisfy me

Banapple Pies and Cheescakes
2nd Level, Il Terrazzo Mall, Tomas Morato, QC

Kahit na camera ng phone ang ginamit, beautiful pa rin ang mga pictures. Talagang ART ang Japanese food.

Pero, huhmn, hindi ako masyadong fan ng mga Japanese stuffs, I can't forget what they did during the WWII.

Ganda naman quality ng camera phone mo!

Actually, pangarap ko pa lang makakain dito pero I've heard a lot about it--Little Tokyo sa Makati. It's beside Makati Cinema Square.

Alam mo na siguro un. Madaming authentic Japanese resto dun, meron pang Japanese grocery. Hehe.

Yun nga lang may pagka mahal. Kaya hanggang pangarap lang muna for me. Hahaha. Mahal kasi talagang authentic Jap cuisine.

And true... lahat ng shrimp tempura masarap. Unless puro breading lang tapos maliit yung shrimp sa loob! Hahaha.

I've been hearing a lot about Omakase, but I've yet to try it. Good thing you posted this.. didn't know they had a branch in Il Terrazzo!

Then again, for Japanese food, I always go to Little Tokyo. As Robbie said, it's expensive. But omggggg. Sulit.

My favorites in Little Tokyo are Seryna (for sushi and sashimi), Kagura (for okonomiyaki), Urameshiya (for yakiniku) and Hana (for takoyaki and everything else)

Ang ganda ng mga kuha. Gusto kong kumain ng banofee pie!!! Laging puno jan sa banapple kaya puro take out kapag napupunta kami jan.

Fave resto - Napoli near IL TERRA din. :) Sarap ng seafood salad nila.
