I met this guy last year. And I swear di man lang nya ko pinansin. Ansunget.

We had this chance na maging close since he started working in KSA. At kung materminate man ako sa work dahil sa kakachat ko ay siya ang dahilan. He calls me KIKO (for Kiko-Matsing daw kasi) asar no? Pero ngayon I love that endearment. Di ako sanay na Chyng ang itawag nya saken.

And it's so sweet of him to send a handtied bouquet sa GF ng kapatid nya. Yun lang, muntik nako magcollapse- di ko kinaya ang loud ng pagka-pink! Joke!

The Way We Eat

Mas maiintindiihan mo yung ugali ng isang tao kung malalaman mo kung saang pamilya siya pinalaki. Bawat pamilya merong ka-weird-ohan. Sa amin, isa yung pagiging paranoid sa weight. Oh yes, ayaw ng buong pamilya namen ang tumaba. Hindi pwedeng wala kame pakialam dahil chinecheck ni papa ang weight namen from time to time. Batas sa aming pamilya ang mag-jogging at aerobics. Buti na nga lang at night shift ako kaya ginagawa ko yung excuse yun para di ako sumama. Pero dati, wala talagang ligtas. Sa pagkain, ganun din, napakaconcious. Iwas kame sa maalat at matamis. Lumaki akong walang lasang pagkain ang mga pinakasarap para saken. Mahilig din naman kame kumain, pero ang pagkain ng madami- hindi kame sanay sa ganyan.

Kaya ngayon, kilala ako sa di pag-ubos ng pagkain ko. Sayang pag kakain sa labas lalo na pag mahal. Nahihiya din ako pag nasa ibang bahay kasi di ko mauubos ang pagkain kaya konti lang ang kukunin ko. Kala tuloy ng iba choosy ako. Ewan ko ba, parang normal na saken na dapat di ko maubos ang pagkain ko.

Last Mother's Day, inaya ko ang parents ko for a lunch out. Sa Luk Foo Cantonese Kitchen na malapit samen.

At eto ang aking parents. Grabe yang dalawang yan, after 25 years of marriage di pa din mapaghiwalay. They still date, naghoholding hands, sabay kumakain, naliligo at natutulog. Nagkwekwentuhan at tawanan pa kala mo nagliligawan.

Going back, natuwa lang si mama kaya inorder nya ang pineapple rice na yun. Buti nalang at nasarapan sila sa pagkain. Pati presentation ok din. Nasiyahan ako kasi nagustuhan nila ang lunch date nameng tatlo.

And of course after ilang minutes lang tapos na kame kumain. Ang resulta...

Big no-no talaga ang pagkain ng madame. Di naman kame aksayado kasi inuwe pa namen ang madameng sobra at kinain yun sa gabi. (--,)

It's another day after we went to Munting Buhangin. We stayed at Xtian's pink house in Nasugbu. (Thanks Xtian and to your family for accomodating all of us. Sarap ng food! At inferness ang ginaw ng aircon!) Special mention to Rhina, Larwin, and Leoj (favorite ka ni Enrico!)
