Let's welcome 2009 by checking our weights and waist lines. Enough of the I'll-start-reducing-my-food-intake-after-the-holidays excuse.
The time is now. I declare that dieting starts today!
And these are my personal dieting rules:
1. Stop eating!
Come on, erase "eating" in your list of hobbies. Just so you know, it is not a good past time.
2. When eating, eat less.
Eat less of everything. Dont cheat, learn to control.
3. When hungry, drink water.
Sometimes hunger may be mistaken for your thirst. Then again, drink only water. No soda , choco drinks, coffee, and juice!
4. When still hungry, PRAY!
Just pray to survive.

ako ang motto ko sa pagda diet, "when hungry, still eat but in moderation". hindi solusyon ang hindi pagkain o yung konti na nga kinakain binabawasan pa. kaya tayo nakakaramdam ng gutom kse kailangan ng pagkain ng katawan natin. doon tayo kumukuha ng enerhiya e. pero kung pipigilan pa rin kumain tapos hindi pa normal ang oras ng pahinga, mairekomenda ko na mag dextrose na lang. hindi ka magugutom nun sigurado. kaya lang ospital nga lang mag stay. maraming dahilan ng pagdagdag ng timbang at hindi dapat isisi lahat sa pagkain. gaya nga ng sabi ni doc, mag exercise.
gaya ng sabi ko sa iyo dati. i have nothing against your diet tips. katawan mo naman ang makakapagsabi kung epektib nga ito e. *wink* *wink*

ang motto ko ngayon, whatever makes people happy, let them be. marami talgang nag gain ng weight after d holidays kya dpat nga mag diet. saka, mas makakatipid ka ng pera. solusyon din sa rice shortage yan. less people eating less need for rice. saka sa dami ng diet commercials, dapat maniwala na ang lahat na anorexic is beauty. go go go! :9

My gf is on diet too..she gained a lot of weight after she moved in her in the city to be with me. Pagnamamasyal kasi kami hindi talaga nawawala sa listahan ang kainan..
She's been on diet for two months now and I saw a little improvement. Sana lang magtuloy2x, ayaw ko naman din kasi magkaroon ng dambuhalang gf..heheheh!

pero hindi kami pwede mgdiet e, minsan 9AM pa lang in the middle of a class, kumukulo na tiyan ko... hahaha... so in short parang 5x a day kami kumain... hahaha...
tips? basta must learn to order a cup of rice lang... wala nang extra extra!

gusto mo pang mag diet ng ganyang katawan? maawa ka naman sa sarili mo. hehe pero dka maniwala pumayat ako nung lumipat ako dito sa yanbu. 84kgs kase ako pero nung dumating ako dito naging 80kgs nalang. hehe d naman ako nag dadiet.
feeling pro ako sa pagdidiet hahaha. well according to literature (as in mga men's health and mangilanngilang books) pagising pa lang, drink a glass of water agad then have a heavy breakfast within an hour to kick in your metabolism. then eat small meals every three hours. Of course, watch what you eat, low in fat, no trans fat, no cholesterol :) watch out for the hidden calories in drinks! yes, like starbucks, minsan diet ka ng diet sa food pero sa drinks naman mo binabawi ang calories. learn how to read the nutrition guide. take note of the serving suggestions in each pack ng food na kinakain mo. nakasulat ang calories per single serve pero minsan isang pack ay may 4 servings. ex: Lays potato chips. isang pack e may ilang serving tas isang serving 17 chips lang ata. hehe. ayon lang naman.
hi chyng!.. happy new year... =)... hmnnzzz... kahapon koh pa gustong basahin tong post moh...kaso i wasn't in d' mood... so 'un... diet kamo... sounds exciting kc eh.... hmnnnzz... gusto koh 'ung 3. when hungry, drink water:...sometimes i think dehydrated akoh... kulang akoh sa tubig... cuz malakas akoh sa coffee... yeah i don't think den kayah kong tanggalin sa list koh ang kape... dat starts my day and nd nde kumpleto araw koh kapag walang kape... but wat i need to teach myself is to drink a lot of water... yeah i don't think i drink enough water... dat should be one of my goal diz year... but true sometimes we thought we were hungry but d' truth...we were juz thirsty... so yeah... WATER!... yan palah ang diet secret ni chyng kayah syah sexy... =)...

hehe. it helps maintain our metabolism. prevents it from slowing down.
6. eat breakfast.
prevents us from craving throughout the day.

mukhang seryoso talaga yang diet mode ha. mahirap gawin yan. bakit kasi inembento ang mga pagkain diba.???
tips---anu ba. basta moderation lang talaga siguro. not too much, not too little. wag starvation mode coz it will do more harm than good~~~

to lose the tummy kailangan masatisfy ang tatlong bagay: diet, aerobic exercise and crunches :)
well execise most days of the week. so as long as kaya sa sked, exercise. aero of 30 min is ok. activities which use large muscle groups will help you burn more calories. :) hopefully this helps :)
tama si pao. sleep on time! haha. kahit baliktad ang sked mo. and well, kapag nagdiet ka, set aside a day in a week where you will indulge yourself. i mean eat whatever you like. like lechon, pero in moderation pa din ha. hindi isang plangana! hehehe
