Marriott Cafe has just expanded their already wide selection of menu by giving a bigger, better, and heavier selection for brunch. Executive Chef Meik Brammer surely makes the choices more compelling and simply irresistible.

Lucky me, I have the pleasure to indulge at Marriot Cafe once again. Having tried a lot of hotel buffets, I can say Marriot Buffet is one of the most competitive. Im currently on a diet but I really can't resist this kind of invitation.

Again, I checked out the whole spread first. I noticed there are lots of new dishes that are added as compared to my last visit. There's Oyster Bar, Chilled Seafood, Salumiere, Cheese Studio, Carvery, Foies Gras, Yakitori, Chinese, and Tandoor.

As always, the most expensive items in the selection was where I headed first - the high quality carving station.

Lechon - Lamb Chops - US Rib Eye

I love beef, but I love seafood more. Prawn Tempura may not be served at the time we're there, but it was replaced with a more comforting Baked Prawn dish.

Probably the most expensive items that were added in this sunday brunch was Cru Steakhouse’s specialties. Eat as much Angus Beef Rib Eye, Strip Loin Steak, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Grilled Calamari, and Lapu Lapu - all you can! These offerings alone are enough to make anyone say Marriot Brunch Buffet's rate at P2,000 is already worth it.

Another great addition is the Martini Bar. Oh dear, need I explain more?

There are other classic selections like Japanese, Chinese, and Pasta - but Im already full. (ay wait, Im full pero kinaya ko pa kumain ng Hakaw. LOL) To our surprise, there's still one more area that awaits Marriot's guests - the Chocolate Room.

If there’s one station that is bound to thrill both kids and adults, that’s the huge chocolate room located at the left side corner of Marriott Café, presenting heavenly and most luxurious chocolate spread one can ever imagine.
